Our Story

The times have changed dramatically in the world of enjoying the outdoors! As a kid, I remember basic tents and sleeping bags, dad cooking in a cast iron skillet over an open fire, and the light of the Coleman kerosene lantern. For some, that is still how they prefer to enjoy camping on a weekend trip to the woods. For others, it’s a giant camper with all the amenities of a home sitting in a campground. There is no wrong way to do it; it comes down to one’s preference. I, for one, enjoy it all! I have great memories of being outdoors with my dad, camping, fishing, and teaching me to hunt. For me, it’s a passion. Fast forward to today, and I’m all grown up. Dad has passed on, but the love and memories still burn intensely like that big campfire at night! I am a military veteran with an incredible wife and three boys who are all grown up, but we still find time to get out and make some memories. As a family, we enjoy everything from camping to Kayaking and everything in between. That passion and all those memories brought MNS Outdoor Solutions to me.

Outdoor recreation has become a vast market, and there are many options out there for gear. However, the most extensive options are seen as extremes on both sides of the cost scale. It’s either cheap cost for cheap, unreliable gear or outrageous prices for high-quality gear.  Most people don’t have money to keep buying equipment that fails after one or two uses and can’t afford or justify spending four hundred dollars on a cooler. MNS Outdoor Solutions was created to attempt to focus on that middle ground. The smaller company puts out a quality, reliable product at an affordable price and stands behind its product. Our goal is to find these companies and use their products, and if we see that they check all our boxes, join them together in one store to be easily found by anyone looking for a quality product at a more affordable price.  Currently, our products are limited. Still, we are continuously looking to build a more extensive lineup of gear that we use and believe will help you make that next incredible outdoor memory!
